BOXING

 

Come and have a look at this traditional style boxing fitness class, which works along with the actual training methods used by both amateur and professional boxers .

 

The class is non contact and open to both male and females who are over the age of 14. Once a good standard of boxing knowledge has been achieved you may be asked if you want to stay for sparring, this is a personal choice and not a necessity of the class.

 

The class is demanding but we welcome along any ability, work to your own pace and experience this enjoyable, confidence building boxing fitness class.

 

 
 
 

The classes are held on Wednesday night 7.30-9pm and again on Sunday morning 11.30-1pm.

Lee Mcbride the club coach asks anyone wishing to take part in the class to wear comfortable sportswear and clean non marking sports shoes.
