CoreFitness Provides classes in PILATES & Aerobic Circuit and ANTE-NATAL Pilates PILATES is a terrific way to: Ö GET in shape Ö IMPROVE your posture Ö TONE your arms and buttocks! Ö FLATTEN your stomach Ö STRENGTHEN your back and neck Ö ENHANCE your fitness CoreFitness programmes are run in 6 weekly sessions. Within your first 6 week CoreFitness programme you (and others!) will notice the change in your physique. The Pilates approach works for everyone because it trains and conditions the deepest muscles at the body’s centre, or ‘core’. Through training these core muscles by performing the slow controlled movements your posture and body awareness improve along with your grace, ease and efficiency of movement. For most people this eliminates back pain and reduces the likelihood of back injuries, firming up the abdominals and torso muscles, stabilising the spine, shoulders and pelvis. One visible benefit of Pilates is improved posture, making you feel tall and confident. It is also an excellent form of exercise to prepare your body and mind for childbirth and then after the birth to restore your body to shape quickly.
