ASHTANGA YOGA

The instructor for this discipline is Fiona, she trained as an instructor at the Edinburgh yoga union under David Swenson.

Ashtanga yoga is a flowing, continously moving exercise, co-ordinated with the breath.

The classes are open to all levels of yoga practitioners.  Beginners are very welcome to join in, please arrive 10 minutes early if you can for an introduction to the basics of this energizing yoga form.
