Circuit Training Class
| This class is perfect for people looking to either start to get fit or get fitter. The way the class is set up the individual works to their own pace doing as much as they can. The only person you will be competing against is yourself and as you get fitter you will be fighting against the stopwatch to do more and more in the set times. | ||

| The class begins with a good warm up and stretch then the circuit will be explained, so you know what to do and how to do it safely. Once the class is almost finished you will do a cool down which is essential for the bodies recovery. This class is suitable for beginners to advanced. |
