Studio
Our Studio room upstairs is a multi-use space equipped with bag hooks for boxing bag work, full padded floor and its own seated viewing area. You will find classes from Yoga to Circuits and JiuJitsu taking place in its well lit space.

Dojo
Our Dojo, situated downstairs, is large and fully equipped for Martial Arts and fitness classes. From a fully padded floor, to ballet bar and full wall width mirror, our Dojo is at the heart of Focus with classes like Taekwondo, Pilates and Street Dance being taught to children and adults from across Moray.
The Dojo is equipped with;

Useful Information
Changing Rooms
Located upstairs we have separate male and female changing rooms with shower and toilet facilities, so you can easily come to our early morning sessions, like; Laides Only Circuits or Functional Fitness Circuitsand get to work energized and refreshed ready to conquer the day ahead!
Focus has a small accessible toilet facility downstairs.
Shop
Focus shop offers an array of sports drinks, martial arts clothing, equipment and accessories including training suits, protective gear, shoes.
